Arbeitszeugnis swiss+ is software from IWP AG for creating employment references and interim references of the kind customary in Switzerland. A rating grid is the basis for individual texts drawn from a database of legally reviewed text modules. The software supports up to four languages at once, configurable workflows, interfaces to common HR and industry software and to Office programs, and a fully digital process through to digital signature and filing in the e-dossier. Editions exist for education, healthcare, retail, hospitality and financial services, among others. IWP also offers Qualiform swiss+ for performance appraisals.
According to the vendor, all IWP tools can be used as SaaS or installed on-premises; the SaaS offering runs in a Swiss data centre. IWP AG is headquartered in Steinhausen (canton of Zug), Switzerland; no foreign owner is named. Switzerland is not in the EU but is an EFTA country with an EU adequacy decision for data protection. Employee data is sensitive: choose the on-premises option if the data must not leave your own environment.
