Kinaxis Maestro is a platform for supply chain planning and decision-making that uses artificial intelligence. It is built on Kinaxis's concurrency technology and brings signals, plans and decisions together so organisations can weigh trade-offs and adapt quickly. The platform covers areas such as S&OP, demand, supply and inventory planning, a control tower, transportation, order management and returns. Kinaxis delivers Maestro as a cloud platform on a subscription basis, often through implementation partners. It is not open source.
Kinaxis is a Canadian company headquartered in Ottawa and listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. It is therefore based outside the EU and subject to Canadian law. Public information on where customer data is stored is limited, so before using the platform for planning data, have the regions in which data is stored and processed confirmed in writing, for example in the data processing agreement.
