It is aimed at hospitals, clinic groups, nursing and care facilities and professional associations. The package is modular: CIRS for reporting critical incidents, plus modules for ideas, complaints, vigilance, damage, aggression and reports of rule or data-protection breaches, and a freely definable module. Field and form configurators let you adapt the reporting systems yourself, and a central measures module shows the actions of all modules. It includes an interface to the CIRRNET database and user integration through AD, LDAP or Azure AD.

Netrange AG is headquartered in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and no parent company is named. Switzerland is not in the EU, but it is an EFTA country with an EU adequacy decision for data protection.
