otris compliance SUITE is a modular package for governance, risk and compliance. It bundles six solutions: supplier management for supply-chain due diligence, policy management with read confirmations, risk management, a legal register, information security management (ISMS) and a whistleblower system. The modules run on one platform and can be used separately or together. Risks can be linked to measures, policies and controls; workflows with roles, deadlines and escalations, plus histories, support audits. Optionally, otris copilot provides AI support, and integration works through standard interfaces and SSO.
otris software AG is based in Dortmund, Germany; its website names no parent company. The suite runs on premises in the customer's own infrastructure or in the cloud, hosted in certified data centres in Germany and operated by the subsidiary otris systems GmbH. Data processing agreements set out the data protection commitments. The software is not published as open source.
