PSI Logistics, part of PSI Software SE, develops the warehouse management system PSIwms. It supports production, dispatch and distribution warehouses, from small to large and complex sites, and comes in three editions: GO, FLEX and PRO. It has interfaces to ERP systems such as SAP and Navision, shipping, material flow control and picking systems, and offers a web client. PSI provides it as hosting in a private or public cloud, as software as a service, on premises, or with Upgrade as a Service for continuous upgrades.
PSI Software SE is based in Berlin. In 2026 the New York-based investment firm Warburg Pincus completed a voluntary public takeover offer for PSI Software SE; E.ON remains a shareholder. Ownership of the parent company is therefore moving to a US investor, which is relevant for the CLOUD Act. Where data resides depends on the chosen cloud provider and region, which PSI does not state publicly. The software is proprietary.
