PULPO WMS is a cloud-native warehouse management system for e-commerce, delivered as software as a service. It covers receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping and automated replenishment, with batch, serial number and lot tracking, product kitting, reporting and 3PL functions such as billing and a client portal. It targets D2C brands, online merchants, wholesalers and 3PL fulfilment providers, and integrates with platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Plentymarkets and Microsoft Dynamics 365. An app for Android devices is also available.
The pulpowms.com website is operated by kmb ventures inc., which has a US office in Wilmington, Delaware; Thomas Kircheis is named as CEO. PULPO states that it has operations in Europe and the Americas and clients on four continents. Public pages do not say where customer data is hosted or which legal entity contracts with customers. European organisations should therefore ask for the contracting entity, the hosting location and the data processing agreement. The software is proprietary.
