Robin Data ComplianceOS is a software platform that the vendor describes as an operating system for compliance, letting organisations manage data protection, information security and other compliance topics in one place. It offers modules for risk, asset, audit, quality and occupational-safety management, a whistleblower service and templates. Requirements from different laws and standards can be linked to each other, and external systems connect through an interface and microservices. It is aimed at internal compliance, data-protection and security officers, companies, public authorities and external consultants. It is delivered as SaaS, complemented by set-up, audits and consulting from Robin Data itself.
Robin Data GmbH is based in Merseburg, Germany. No foreign parent company was found. According to the vendor, ComplianceOS runs with hosting in Germany; the hosting provider or data centre is not named. For European organisations that would rather not place sensitive compliance and whistleblowing data with a non-European provider, it is a German option.
