SandaS GRC is a platform for security governance, risk management and compliance assessment that comes from Telefónica. Its risk engine supports risk assessment according to ISO 27005 and ISO 31000 across several frameworks, including GDPR, ISO 27001, the Spanish ENS, NIST 800-82 and PCI-DSS. Consultants use it to manage their client portfolio; end clients can manage their own compliance with it, independently or together with their consultant. The platform is used through a web login. Govertis, a Spanish consultancy, is a premium distributor and takes part in product management.

Telefónica took over the platform in 2015 as GesConsultor GRC, the predecessor of SandaS GRC. The group is headquartered in Madrid, so the vendor is subject to European law and has no non-European parent company.
