AMINA Bank AG, formerly SEBA Bank, is a Swiss bank offering crypto custody, trading, lending, staking and investment products. The bank changed its name on 1 December 2023. Its Abu Dhabi branch is regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of the Abu Dhabi Global Market, and the group's Austrian entity, AMINA (Austria) AG, provides crypto-asset services under MiCA in the EU.
The bank is headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, and is authorised and regulated by the Swiss regulator FINMA under a banking and securities dealer licence received in 2019. The website names no majority shareholder or parent company. Its privacy policy cites the GDPR, but it also states that some service providers may process data in Switzerland or abroad, and that Google Analytics data is transferred to a Google server in the USA. For a European organisation, the transfers to foreign processors should be reviewed in the client contract.
