The EcoStruxure page states that its cloud layer uses Microsoft Azure IoT technology, but does not say in which regions data is stored. A European organisation using the platform should therefore check hosting locations and processing terms with the vendor, and weigh the possibility of US legal access to data held on Azure, a US-owned cloud provider.
