Timesquare from Holy-Dis is software for activity forecasting, staff scheduling, working-time rules and time management. According to the vendor, it forecasts activity flows, builds schedules within legal and collective-agreement constraints, tracks counters, leave and absences, and offers an employee portal. It is designed for multi-site, multi-activity environments such as retail and e-commerce, customer contact centres, catering and leisure, logistics and business services. The platform is offered as SaaS or on-premise.
Holy-Dis is a French société anonyme (SA) with its registered office in Colombes; its legal notice names no foreign owner. The notice names OVH in France as the storage provider and says data is hosted in France, but it is unclear whether this covers SaaS customer data, so ask the vendor for the hosting location and sub-processors. The on-premise option keeps data on the customer's own servers. On its GDPR page the vendor describes itself as a processor acting only on the customer's instructions, with the customer as controller.
