info.team is staff and duty planning software from Infosoft Systems AG for public transport companies and the tourism sector. It checks planned shifts and working hours against the Swiss Working Hours Act (AZG), the L-GAV collective agreement and EU rules, and flags violations immediately. The Smart Planning function takes staff wishes entered in the info.app and lets an algorithm, which the vendor describes as AI-based, propose an optimised roster. An employee portal lets staff view their hours, swap duties through a duty exchange and request leave.

Infosoft Systems AG is based in Lucerne, Switzerland, and has been part of the Tecoma Group since 2023. Since 2017 it has run its software as a service on its own hosting platform in Lucerne, which was renewed in 2024. For its cloud services Infosoft states that the data location is in Switzerland or the EU. Switzerland is not in the EU but is an EFTA country with an EU adequacy decision. A European transport operator should confirm in the contract which location applies to its data.
