KORE Wireless provides IoT connectivity for enterprises. Its offering includes global and local connectivity across multiple networks, SIM and eSIM options (including SGP.32), a connectivity management platform with provisioning, monitoring and policy controls, and hardware and managed services such as device design, certification and logistics. Use cases include asset monitoring, EV charging, connected health, fleets and utilities. The service is delivered as managed connectivity and a cloud platform.
KORE is based in Atlanta (US). In 2026 it was acquired by Searchlight Capital Partners and Abry Partners and has been privately held since. It is subject to US law, including the CLOUD Act. The website privacy policy says data is processed in many countries, including through global data centers, and refers to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for transfers from the EU. The GDPR and a data processing agreement are not mentioned there, and product data is covered by separate platform notices. European organisations with IoT devices should therefore fix the storage location and processing terms contractually.
