iris360 is an IoT data management platform from Libelium. It ingests readings from sensors and third-party sources via LoRaWAN, MQTT and HTTP, among others, brings them together in a single NGSI-LD data model and stores the time series. On top of that it provides dashboards, a rules engine with alarms, scheduled reports, a public REST API and digital twins. Cities, utilities and industrial organisations use it for air quality, parking, energy and water, among other things. iris360 can be taken as public cloud (SaaS), as private cloud on a dedicated cluster operated by Libelium, or on-premise with a perpetual licence.
iris360 is offered by Libelium Comunicaciones Distribuidas S.L., based in Zaragoza, Spain. No parent company outside the EU has been identified. Where the cloud services operated by Libelium run is not stated, so ask the vendor. With on-premise use, data stays on your own infrastructure, which is an option when data residency requirements are strict. Libelium's privacy policy refers to the GDPR. The platform is proprietary, not open source.
