RogerHR is a Swiss HR information system (SIRH) delivered as SaaS for organisations with their own HR function. The core holds employee records and organisation data, extended by modules for HR process automation, time and planning, talent management and expense claims. Employees submit requests through one entry point, managers and HR handle them, and dashboards show key figures. According to the vendor, more than forty services can be configured without IT, and AI assistants prepare answers that HR validates. Connections to Swiss payroll packages such as SwissSalary and Abacus run through APIs.

The vendor states that data is hosted in Switzerland, with partners in the EU, and refers to the Swiss data protection act and the GDPR.
