STAPP combines four parts: flexible case management for reports, trajectories, projects and aftercare, central management of persons, configurable workflows with business rules, and business intelligence for reports and trends. According to the vendor, STAPP runs as an application rather than a browser tool, so no data remains on the device once it is closed. A role-based access model controls who sees which data.

ArgoNexus is based in Zeewolde, the Netherlands. Its website names no owner outside the Netherlands.
