Timesheet is a time-tracking application for professionals and teams, available as an iOS and Android app and as a web app. A single tap starts a timer, with breaks tracked separately; entries can also be added manually, including mileage and call logging. Tracking can start automatically through geofencing, Wi-Fi (Android) or NFC. Further functions include projects with hourly rates and tags, statistics, and export to Excel and CSV. Paid plans add team sharing, PDF invoices and analytics, plus integrations with QuickBooks and Zapier and an API. The basic plan stores data locally on the device; paid plans sync and back up to the cloud.

The service is operated by Timesheet - Mobile Time Tracking OG in Vienna, Austria. According to its sub-processor list, all production services run on Google Cloud in the europe-west1 region (Belgium), provided through Google Cloud EMEA Limited in Ireland. Firebase is used for sign-in and push notifications, with onward transfer to the USA under standard contractual clauses. The software is not open source.
