Woffu is a Spanish web service for recording working time, absences and personnel documents. The software lets employees log their working hours and manages leave, absences and documents in one place. The service is delivered online as software-as-a-service. For European organisations it is an alternative to time-tracking tools such as Clockify or Connecteam.
Woffu Job Organizer SL is based in Barcelona. Visma announced in April 2022 that it was acquiring Woffu, which continues to operate as an independent company under the same name. Visma is headquartered in Oslo, Norway, and is itself majority-owned by the British investor Hg; Visma is the parent company. The website links to a privacy policy and a security policy and shows ISO 27001, 27018 and 27701 certifications. The website does not state where customer data is stored, and no open-source version is offered. A European organisation can therefore ask Woffu for its data processing terms and storage location.
