Zoho Recruit is a cloud-based hiring platform with an applicant tracking system and a recruitment CRM. It offers customisable career sites, distribution of jobs to job boards and social media, automation through workflows and blueprints, separate portals for hiring managers, clients, vendors and candidates, virtual interviews, background checks, assessments, e-signatures and reporting. The AI assistant Zia helps with job descriptions, emails and shortlisting candidates. The product runs in the browser and as a mobile app, and belongs to the Zoho suite.
Zoho Corporation is headquartered in Chennai, India, and is privately held without outside investment. Zoho hosts customer data in ten regions, each with a primary and a secondary data centre, including Europe (Amsterdam and Dublin), the United States and India; the location follows the country selected at sign-up. The software is not open source. For a European organisation, it matters to choose the European region at sign-up and to confirm which sub-processors and support access exist outside the EU.
