Contractbook, part of Scrive, is contract management software for storing contracts centrally, extracting data from them, and creating, discussing and signing agreements. An AI assistant answers questions about contracts and summarises key terms; other features include AI-assisted import and data extraction, deadline reminders, customisable templates, electronic signatures, SSO, an API and integrations with tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce. The product is a web application.
Contractbook is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. In June 2025 it was acquired by Scrive, a Stockholm-based company backed by Vitruvian Partners, an investment firm headquartered in London. Contractbook states that it is based in the EU and complies with the GDPR, and that it is SOC 2 compliant. Its websites do not name a hosting location or cloud provider, so request the data processing agreement and the list of sub-processors. The software is not open source.
