Credit Voyager is a cloud-based credit management platform from Intellimind for companies that grant trade credit and for credit insurance brokers. From one website you manage commercial credit applications, credit risk analysis with decision trees and internal scoring, and debt collection and dispute management. The platform connects to credit reference agencies and credit insurers and works with OneGate, a hub for real-time credit information and authorisation workflows. Requests can arrive through the built-in interface, a CRM, an ERP or a web shop.
Intellimind S.A.S. has its head office in Paris. According to the vendor, its platforms run on AWS, a US cloud provider, in datacentres around the world; the site does not say in which regions customer data is stored. The vendor itself addresses the US CLOUD Act and says an external study showed that AWS cannot decrypt customer data. The privacy policy refers to the GDPR and standard contractual clauses. Ask which AWS regions are used and whether EU-only hosting can be agreed.
