Ghost Inspector is a no-code platform for automated browser testing of websites and web applications. Users record tests with browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari, then edit, schedule and run them in the web app, optionally adding JavaScript for custom logic. Tests can cover visual, accessibility and email checks and run on a schedule as frequent as every minute. Failures can trigger alerts with screenshots and video, and CI/CD integrations and a REST API are available. It is delivered as hosted SaaS.
Ghost Inspector says it is part of the SureSwift Capital portfolio. Its terms are governed by Washington State law, and the controller named on its EU data-protection page is SureSwift Worldwide Inc. in Edina, Minnesota, in the United States. By default, tests run from the AWS Northern Virginia region, and other regions can be selected. The EU page cites standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for transfers outside the EEA; the sources consulted do not state where customer data is stored.
