Holori SAS is a French company registered in Toulouse, and its legal notice states that its website is hosted by AWS in European data centres. Its Sovereign FinOps option is designed so that billing and usage data stays in the customer's own environment, stored in the customer's PostgreSQL database and S3 bucket, with Holori holding read-only access. The product is not open source. For a European organisation this combines a EU-based vendor with the option of keeping cost data in its own cloud account.
