idelibre is a digital meeting binder for elected officials and members of deliberative bodies. Participants receive timestamped convocations, agendas and session documents, can annotate them, confirm attendance, vote electronically if enabled, and consult past sessions, on a tablet, smartphone or browser. The native iOS and Android apps also work offline and synchronise once a connection is available. Administrators organise sessions, attendance and proxies, including across several bodies or municipalities. The software can run on your own servers or be used as SaaS.
idelibre is developed by Libriciel SCOP, a cooperative in Castelnau-le-Lez (France), as free software under the AGPL v3; the source code is hosted by Adullact and the software is listed in the French catalogue Comptoir du Libre. Libriciel offers hosting and managed operation through two French providers, OVH Cloud and Scaleway. If you run idelibre yourself, all meeting data stays under your own control.
