Jedox is headquartered in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. In 2021 the US investor Insight Partners took a large share of a financing round of more than 100 million dollars, alongside existing investors. The software is proprietary. According to its documentation, Jedox Cloud is available in several regions, in Europe including Germany West Central, France Central and UK South, as well as in the US, the Middle East, Australia and Asia; the region names follow Microsoft Azure. A European organisation can choose a European region and should fix it by contract.
