Langdock is an AI platform that lets organisations roll out AI across the company. It includes a model-agnostic chat interface for all employees, agents for recurring tasks, workflows for automation, integrations with existing tools and an API for custom applications. There is also a desktop app, add-ins for Excel and Outlook, and mobile apps for iOS and Android. Langdock is delivered as SaaS; larger customers can opt for their own cloud or on-premise deployment.

Langdock GmbH is based in Berlin. The multi-tenant SaaS runs on Microsoft Azure with servers in the EU; according to Langdock, the application and most models (configurable) are hosted entirely in the EU, but not all models are EU-hosted by default, so check the model settings. Enterprise customers can choose a single-tenant environment, a dedicated deployment in their own cloud or on-premise hosting on Kubernetes. Langdock states that it is ISO 27001 certified and has completed a SOC 2 Type II audit. The platform is not open source.
