Dust is a platform on which teams create, share and run AI agents for their daily work. The agents draw on company knowledge through connectors, such as Slack, Notion, Google Drive, GitHub, Salesforce and Zendesk, and can also take actions. Users choose a model per agent from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Mistral. Administrators set permissions per team, use single sign-on and SCIM synchronisation, and track usage through audit logs. Dust is delivered as a cloud service; a dedicated single-tenant deployment is available.
Dust is headquartered in Paris. Customers can choose data residency in the EU or in the US. The source code is on GitHub under the MIT licence. According to Dust, the service is SOC 2 Type II certified and model providers retain no data. Because agents send data to the chosen model providers, many of which are US companies, the choice of model also determines the jurisdiction under which your data is processed.
