Vantor, formerly Maxar Intelligence, is a spatial intelligence company serving defence, intelligence, systems integrators, civil government and commercial customers. Its offering includes a Spatial Intelligence Platform (Tensorglobe, Cortex, Forge, Nexus and Hub), real-time satellite tasking through the WorldView constellation, Vivid basemaps, and mission software such as Raptor, which uses 3D terrain data for drone navigation without GPS, and Sentry, which automatically detects changes on the Earth's surface. The Vantor name was introduced in October 2025 after the split of Maxar; its sister company Maxar Space Systems is now called Lanteris.
Vantor is headquartered in Westminster, Colorado, in the United States, and is owned by the private equity firm Advent International, which acquired Maxar in 2023. As a US provider, Vantor is subject to US jurisdiction, including the CLOUD Act, which European organisations should take into account when buying imagery or derived data. The company's website does not state data hosting regions.
