One Mental Hub is a Swiss mental health platform from One Mental Hub AG, based in Zurich. People complete questionnaires in about five minutes, such as the PHQ-9 for depression and the GAD-7 for anxiety, and receive their scores straight away plus a report they can bring to their GP. The platform also offers self-paced programmes based on cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness, for individuals and companies, with anonymous group analytics. The vendor stresses that it is a screening, not a diagnosis or treatment.
According to its Trust Center, all data is stored in Zurich on infrastructure operated by Amazon Web Services. The hosting location is therefore Swiss, but the operator is a US company, which can carry jurisdiction risk. The company says it complies with the Swiss data protection act and publishes a GDPR statement. No parent company was found. Switzerland is outside the EU, but it is an EFTA country with an EU adequacy decision. As this concerns health data, it is worth asking about processing agreements and retention periods.
