Aware is a Berlin-based consumer blood diagnostics service for preventive health. Users order test panels covering many biomarkers, have blood drawn at one of the draw locations and receive their results digitally. According to the acquisition announcement, the service combines a regulated diagnostics stack with live laboratory integrations and a network of blood-draw locations. Aware is delivered as an online platform.

In September 2026 the Zurich-based Swiss preventive healthcare company Aeon acquired Aware Health's core assets: the technology platform, key contracts and equipment, customer relationships and the core team. The Berlin team continues under the Aeon brand. According to the announcement, customer data transfers only with each customer's explicit individual consent, in line with GDPR. A Swiss owner is subject to Swiss law; Switzerland is an EFTA country. The sources do not state where data is hosted. The software is not open source.
