Opscore is a front-office application from ITO33 for the pricing, hedging and analysis of convertible securities. It consists of a database of the terms and conditions of convertible bonds and related instruments, a pricing engine that solves equity-to-credit models, an analysis and simulation front end and an Excel screening tool. The pricing engine is written in C++ and can also be used as DLLs through COM, Java and C++ interfaces or from Matlab, independent of the database. Instrument updates are fetched from ITO33 servers.
ITO33 is based in Paris, France. The website gives a Paris address and names no parent company or hosting provider. The software components (front end, Excel functions, DLLs) run on the customer's side, and the company publishes no privacy statement or data-location commitment. By running Opscore on its own infrastructure, a European financial institution keeps position and market data in-house. Ask which data leaves the customer environment during updates or support, and where the update servers are located.
