POLYPOINT AG is based in Gümligen, Switzerland, and is the parent company of POLYPOINT Deutschland GmbH in Berlin. Switzerland is not an EU member but is an EFTA country with an EU adequacy decision for data protection. According to the privacy policy, most customer data stays on-premises under the customer's responsibility, while master and communication data are stored in a data centre in Switzerland. Data is processed in line with Swiss data protection law and the GDPR.
