Takibi Base is a shared knowledge base for AI agents. One human operator organises documents into projects and folders and decides which folders each agent profile may read. Agents ask questions through a command-line tool (CLI) or the API and get back exact passages from the sources, with citations and an evidence support score; Takibi does not write answer prose itself. Agents can also claim tasks and submit their work for review, and leave temporary notes that a person checks before anything is added to the source library. Documents can be exported, including in Open Knowledge Format. There are two monthly plans (18 and 52 euros excluding VAT) with a seven-day trial.
The service is operated by a sole proprietor in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain; its terms date from September 2026. According to its list of sub-processors, the application and database run on Sevalla (Kinsta) in Frankfurt, with storage in Western Europe. AI judgments for questions and imports go through TypeSafe AI, Inc., a US company, and that processing is not limited to the EU.
