Talentech is a recruitment and HR platform with Norwegian roots. Its offering includes an applicant tracking system covering attraction, selection, hiring and preboarding, an HR system for master data, development and on- and offboarding, recruitment marketing and employer branding, and an AI copilot. It offers integrations with other systems and a partner marketplace, and is delivered as cloud software.

In November 2025 Talentech agreed a merger with the Swedish company Grade, which was completed in January 2026; the combined company continues under the Talentech name, and the announcement is datelined Oslo. It is owned jointly by the investors Verdane and Viking Growth. According to its own legal pages, all personal data is stored on servers within the EU/EEA and is not transferred to or accessed from outside that area; its suppliers' hosting centres are also located in the EU/EEA. Talentech states that its AI copilot runs on its own infrastructure and does not share data with third-party AI providers such as OpenAI. The software is not open source.
