Visuary is an app and web application from Logement 3D for surveys and floor plans in renovation projects. With the LiDAR sensor of an iPhone Pro or iPad Pro you capture an existing space; a floor plan can also be drawn by hand. The software shows the plans in 2D and 3D, adds photos and comments to the plan and calculates areas, lengths and volumes for the quantity take-off. A technical PDF file with plan, measurements and photos can be generated, and plans can be exported to DXF for AutoCAD.
