Zensai is a Danish provider of a "Human Success" platform that combines learning, performance and engagement inside Microsoft 365. It is offered in three editions: Grow for learning and skills, Scale for performance, goals and manager coaching, and Transform, which combines all of these. Functions include onboarding, continuous feedback, sentiment analysis and succession planning, with AI coaching. It is aimed at HR and IT leaders in Microsoft-focused organisations and delivered as software as a service. The product was formerly called LMS365; its learning product is now named Learn365.
Zensai International ApS is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. According to its privacy policy, the platform is hosted by Microsoft; the policy does not name an Azure region or state that platform data stays in the EU. It adds that service providers are most likely in the United States. Zensai is not open source. Because the platform runs on Microsoft cloud infrastructure, a European organisation should request the hosting region and the subprocessor list in writing.
