Agiloft is a vendor of contract lifecycle management (CLM) software. The platform is built around contract data and includes the CLM platform for request, negotiation, signature and follow-up, Astra for AI-driven contract intelligence before and after signature, and the Integration Hub with more than a thousand pre-built connectors. Users can configure contracts, approval chains and processes without writing code. Agiloft is delivered as a cloud solution and is not open source.
Agiloft is headquartered in Redwood City, California (US). KKR, a US investment firm, acquired a majority stake in 2024, with FTV Capital and JMI Equity as other investors. For European customers, a US vendor with a US owner means the CLOUD Act may apply. According to Agiloft, the hosted service runs on AWS, "inside or outside the USA"; its security page names no specific regions. The company reports SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 and links to an EU Data Act addendum. Ask in writing for the hosting region you need and for the list of subprocessors.
