Celigo is an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) from Celigo, Inc. that lets organisations connect business applications and automate the data flows between them. According to the vendor, the platform also covers API management, EDI and B2B connections with trading partners, and AI agents within one governed environment. It is delivered as a cloud service; flows are built and managed in the integrator.io web interface.
Celigo, Inc. is headquartered in Redwood City, California, and is therefore subject to US jurisdiction. Celigo operates physically isolated regional environments in the US, the EU, Australia and Canada. Its developer documentation states that data created on an EU tenant is stored in the European Union and does not leave that region. In its privacy policy Celigo acts as a processor for business customers and relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers. Keep in mind that connected applications may store data elsewhere, and that a provider headquartered in the US remains exposed to US legal access requests such as those under the CLOUD Act.
