Channable is a Dutch software platform for product data and feed management. Customers import product data from their webshop or other sources, improve it, including with AI-generated titles and descriptions, and list products on channels such as Google Shopping, Amazon and Meta. The platform also synchronises marketplace orders to an e-commerce platform, automates ad campaigns, and offers a partner programme for agencies. It is delivered as software as a service.
Channable is headquartered in Utrecht, the Netherlands. According to its data security page, the main database and customer feeds are stored in Google-owned data centres in Europe, which Channable says hold ISO 27001, 27017 and 27018 certifications. Google is a US company, so the infrastructure provider is subject to US law even when the data stays in Europe. Channable describes itself as a data processor and provides a data processing amendment. The platform is not open source. A European organisation should confirm the data location and the sub-processor list in that amendment.
