CorelDRAW is graphic design software for vector illustration, page layout, photo editing and typography. The CorelDRAW Graphics Suite combines CorelDRAW, the raster editor Corel PHOTO-PAINT and Corel Font Manager, and subscribers also get a web app. Other offerings include CorelDRAW Standard, the beginner-oriented CorelDRAW Go, a Technical Suite and optional AI credit packs. The software runs on Windows and Mac, CorelDRAW Web runs in the browser, and a free trial is offered.
Corel Corporation is headquartered in Ottawa, Canada, and has been owned by the US investment firm KKR since 2019. In February 2026 Corel announced a split in which Vector Capital, a private equity firm in San Francisco, would acquire the creativity and productivity software brands including CorelDRAW, with completion expected in May 2026. In both cases the ultimate owner is a US investor, which is relevant to the CLOUD Act. The software is proprietary. The product pages do not say where account and web app data are hosted, so ask Corel about hosting location and processors.
