DeepSign is an electronic signature service from DeepCloud AG. You send a request to several signers, define a signing order, add comments, and add approvers and observers. The vendor lists three signature types: simple, advanced and qualified. For verifying signers' identity, the DeepID app is available and works with passports and identity cards. There are apps for iPhone and Android, visual signatures and an integration with Abacus. The vendor's menu also lists Desk and on-premise variants.
DeepCloud AG is based in Wittenbach and describes itself as a spin-off of Abacus, also Swiss. According to the vendor, documents are stored exclusively on servers in Switzerland, its solutions are subject to Swiss law, and protection follows the GDPR and the Swiss data protection act. Switzerland is not an EU member but is an EFTA country with an EU adequacy decision. No foreign parent company is named. Check whether a qualified signature issued in Switzerland has the legal effect you need in the EU country concerned, and ask about the on-premise variant if you want to keep control yourself.
