EagleCHAT, formerly EagleGPT, is a private AI chat for organisations from BE BRAVE AG. Staff put questions to language models and use knowledge spaces in which released documents are retrieved at query time (RAG), without that content flowing into the model. The product page also lists document analysis, a choice of models, speech-to-text and text-to-speech including Swiss German, and meeting notes. Common programming interfaces allow integration into existing systems. The models are variants fine-tuned by BE BRAVE plus selected open-source models.
BE BRAVE AG is headquartered in Rotkreuz, Switzerland; no parent company is named. According to the vendor, all models run on its own servers in Switzerland, and customer data, documents, chats, logs and backups are stored and processed there only. Customer content is not used to train models. If you activate an external connector, data may be sent to that provider. Swiss data protection law takes precedence, with the GDPR taken into account where applicable. Switzerland is not an EU member state but an EFTA country with an EU adequacy decision.
