The enclaive Multi-Cloud Platform (eMCP) is a confidential-computing platform from enclaive GmbH: workloads run in encrypted memory, so the operators of the underlying infrastructure cannot read the data. According to the vendor it includes confidential virtual machines on AMD SEV-SNP or Arm CCA, confidential Kubernetes clusters, managed MariaDB and PostgreSQL databases, a virtual HSM and a secrets vault. Keys are released only after the environment has been attested. enclaive appears in the TeleTrusT "IT Security made in Germany" register.
enclaive is headquartered in Germany; no parent company is named on the pages consulted. eMCP is deployed into the customer's own cloud tenancy, and there is no vendor-operated account holding the infrastructure. Where data resides therefore depends on the cloud and region you choose, whether European providers, hyperscalers or on-premises. With a hyperscaler, that provider's jurisdiction remains relevant.
