Technically, GoFAST is built on the open-source document management software Alfresco, whose user interface has been replaced and which is complemented by other open-source components. GoFAST is published by CEO-Vision SAS in Archamps (France); according to the publisher, all development takes place in France. The code is available on GitHub under the GPLv3 licence. You can run the free Community edition on your own infrastructure, so your data stays under your control; according to the publisher, the Enterprise edition adds chat, video calls, co-editing and AI, among other things. The publisher states that the SaaS version is hosted with 3DS Outscale (Dassault Systèmes), a provider of SecNumCloud hosting.
