HiddenLayer is an AI security platform for organisations that want to protect generative, agentic and predictive AI systems. The platform has four modules: AI Discovery inventories AI applications, models and assets, including unsanctioned shadow AI; AI Supply Chain Security checks models and assets before deployment; AI Attack Simulation continuously tests for weaknesses; and AI Runtime Security acts as a firewall that detects and responds to attacks on AI in production. According to the vendor, it integrates with CI/CD, MLOps and SIEM/SOAR environments.
HiddenLayer is a US company; its press releases are datelined Austin, Texas. The platform is not open source. The vendor reports a SOC 2 Type II attestation for its detection system and, in its September 2026 announcement, says it plans to expand further in Europe and the wider EMEA region. The pages reviewed list no hosting regions or deployment models. European organisations should therefore ask the vendor where data is processed, since a US vendor falls under US jurisdiction.
