Inhubber is a cloud-based contract management platform for businesses of all sizes, with particular use in procurement, sales, HR, legal and finance. It combines a central contract repository with role-based access, AI extraction of obligations, clauses, deadlines, renewal dates and risks, automated reminders and escalation rules, and approval workflows. Electronic signatures are supported for several signers, including qualified electronic signatures, and audit trails record changes, approvals and signatures. Scanned documents are read via OCR and contracts in several languages are supported.
Inhubber is a spin-off of Humboldt University in Berlin. According to the vendor, contract data is stored exclusively in German data centres in Frankfurt am Main, hosted by AWS and Digital Ocean, and falls under German and EU jurisdiction. The company is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. For its blockchain feature, Inhubber stores only cryptographic fingerprints of key records rather than the contracts themselves, which makes records tamper-evident. The software is not open source and is delivered as SaaS.
