intarsys SignLive! CC is software from intarsys GmbH of Karlsruhe that creates qualified electronic signatures and checks existing signatures for validity. The 'gears' cloud suite supports local and remote signing with crypto tokens, smartcards or remote signing services, in the browser or on mobile devices. intarsys also supplies software components that European trust service providers use to build remote signing and document signing services, and develops the PDF library jPod, which is also available as open source. The company is a founding member of the Cloud Signature Consortium.

intarsys is based in Karlsruhe. In November 2021 procilon GROUP GmbH (Taucha near Leipzig) acquired the majority of the shares, supported by Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen as procilon's majority shareholder; the founders remained minority shareholders. All parties involved are in Germany. Because the product is delivered as software and components, customers and trust service providers decide for themselves where the infrastructure runs.
