Jamf Pro is management software for Apple devices. Organisations use it to enrol Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV devices, including personal ones, with zero-touch deployment, dynamic smart groups, Blueprints based on declarative device management, and automated hardware and software inventory. Users install approved apps through a self-service app, and administrators apply compliance benchmarks and send remote security commands. It integrates with Microsoft, Google and Okta. Jamf Pro is delivered as a hosted service in Jamf Cloud.
Jamf is based in Minneapolis, in the United States, and has been privately held since Francisco Partners completed its acquisition in January 2026. Jamf Cloud runs on Amazon Web Services. Customers choose a hosting region, including Frankfurt (Germany) and London (United Kingdom), alongside regions in the United States, Australia and Japan. Organisations hosting in Frankfurt can use Bring Your Own Key for Jamf Pro data: they manage their own encryption keys and can revoke Jamf's access. A European region determines where the data is stored; the supplier remains a US company.
