Nexthink provides digital employee experience (DEX) software that gives IT teams insight into the performance and use of devices, networks and applications, and into how employees experience them. The Infinity platform includes Workplace Experience, VDI Experience and Mobile Experience, with expansion modules such as Application Experience and Flow for workflow automation. It combines real-time analytics, automated detection and remediation of problems, employee surveys and integrations with ITSM and security software. Nexthink also offers AI assistants for IT teams and employees. It is delivered as a cloud platform.

According to Wikipedia, Nexthink has two headquarters: in Prilly near Lausanne, Switzerland, and in Boston, United States. The company is privately held; Permira led a funding round in 2021. Switzerland is part of EFTA, not the EU. Nexthink publishes separate data processing agreements for the United States, for EMEA and for France.
