Legly is a Swedish AI platform for contract analysis, aimed at growing companies, in-house legal teams and law firms. With AI Contract Review you upload a contract; the platform flags risks and missing clauses and drafts feedback for the counterparty, and you can apply your own guidelines (a playbook). Portfolio Analysis gives an overview of existing agreements, with obligations, renewals and risks, dashboards and natural-language search. Legly is offered online as a cloud service and also has an API for integration. The company was founded in 2018.
Legly AB is headquartered in Malmö, Sweden. According to the company's security page, uploaded data is stored in AWS data centres in Frankfurt, Germany, and is encrypted at rest and in transit. The payment provider Stripe processes payments in the US, under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Legly states that uploaded data is used to train its own AI for classifying and analysing legal documents. The product is not open source.
